Two ways to settle into the bush


At Unyati, your stay is relaxed, welcoming and connected to the landscape. Choose between spacious safari tents and traditional thatched chalets, with accommodation for individual travellers and larger groups. 


Set near Malelane Gate, the lodge offers a convenient base for exploring Kruger National Park, Eswatini, Mozambique and the surrounding Lowveld.

SaFARI TENTS

An easy-going stay under canvas

Rustic pathways lead you between our 45 Safari Tents under large Jackalberry, Marula and Tamboti trees. Purposely built on timber decking, each of the tents are 30sqm under canvas, furnished with extra-length twin beds which can be converted into one king-size bed, depending on your personal preference. Crisp white linen, complimentary guest amenities and 220-volt power are standard in each tent.


The Safari Tents all have built-in bathrooms with a shower and wash basin and hot and cold running water. Your very own verandah has two chairs waiting for you to sit back and enjoy the African sunset.

THATCHED CHALETS

A comfortable alternative

3 thatched-roof Family Chalets can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Each air-conditioned Family Chalet includes a main bedroom with a king-size bed and an open-plan area with two single beds. Built-in cupboards, a dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom are standard features in the Family Chalets. 


3 thatched-roof Standard Chalets each offer the option of twin beds or a king-size bed, depending on your preference. Air conditioning, built-in cupboards, a dressing table, and an en-suite bathroom are standard features in the Standard Chalets.
